Description

The compelling vision of writing this book is to contribute to a strong, sustainable impactful Small Enterprise sector through apt HR initiatives that will focus on the people management aspect as the main focal point. From observation, the Small Enterprises suffer from mismanagement, lack of managerial knowledge, lack of understanding how to manage the workforce, lack of leadership and stewardship, no clear idea what will happen and in a nutshell: the lack of enterprise governance seems to be the most important umbrella barrier that hinders such organizations to move forward. Due to all these short-comings the small organizations seem to rotate round a circle from a centre point which itself is rotating.
